San Diego, CA | Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

A highly respected San Diego-based law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. Practice Areas

This position offers exposure to a diverse litigation practice, consisting of approximately:

  • Business Litigation (1/3)
  • Employment Litigation (1/3)
  • Probate Litigation (1/3)

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-6 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong background in California Civil Procedure
  • Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and case management
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Bonus Structure

  • Annual billable requirement: 1,850 hours
  • Associates receive 50% of billable collections above the annual threshold
  • Additional bonus opportunities tied to productivity
